Free, Trial, and Pro — what each includes and how usage is metered.

Current pricing is at /pricing. Plans can change as the product matures — anyone on a paid plan keeps their existing rate through their billing cycle.
What counts as a draft
A "draft" is one AI-generated reply attempt. Re-drafting the same thread (e.g. rejecting a draft and asking for a fresh one) counts as another draft. Edits don't count — once DUGGAI has produced a draft, you can edit it for free.
Usage limits
Free accounts hit a hard cap at 50 drafts in a calendar month. New drafts pause until the next month rolls over or you upgrade. Pro accounts have a soft cap of 5,000 drafts / month — past that, fair-use rate-limiting kicks in to avoid abuse.
Upgrading and downgrading
Upgrade anytime from Settings → Billing. Stripe handles the checkout. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you keep Pro until then.
Refunds
We offer pro-rated refunds within the first 14 days of any new Pro subscription. Past that, you can cancel and you won't be billed again, but the current period isn't refunded. Email support@duggai.com for edge cases.
Invoices and receipts
Stripe sends a receipt for every charge. Invoice history is also available in Settings → Billingvia the "Manage billing" link, which opens the Stripe customer portal.
Payment methods
We accept any card Stripe accepts (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). For invoicing or ACH on annual plans, contact support@duggai.com.
