Quickstart

Get DUGGAI drafting replies on your real inbox in five minutes.

DUGGAI is an AI agent that lives next to your Gmail inbox. It reads incoming mail, decides what needs a reply, drafts that reply in your voice, and queues it for your review. By the end of this guide you'll have a working setup with at least one AI draft ready to send.

What you'll need

  • A Gmail or Google Workspace account
  • An invite code (DUGGAI is currently invite-only — join the waitlist)
  • A few minutes for the OAuth flow

Steps

  1. Create your account
Go to /signup, paste your invite code, and sign up with email and password. You'll land on the onboarding screen.
  2. Connect Gmail
Click Connect Gmail. You'll be redirected to Google's OAuth consent screen. Approve the read/draft/send scopes. You can review exactly what we ask for in Connect Gmail.
  3. Pick a plan
New accounts get a $1 trial with welcome credit. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings.
  4. Wait for the first sync
DUGGAI will pull in your most recent inbox and start classifying. The first batch of drafts usually appears in 30–90 seconds.
  5. Open the Approval Deck
Hit Smart Inbox in the sidebar, then open the Approval Deck. Swipe right to approve, left to reject, or tap the edit icon to tweak.
One small habit
For the first few days, edit drafts instead of approving them as-is. Each edit teaches DUGGAI your tone — see Style learning.
