Settings
What every panel in /settings does — and the ones worth tuning early.
Profile
Your display name, email, and signature. The signature is appended to outgoing replies automatically. Use the same one you have configured in Gmail to keep things consistent.
Style
Free-text style notes that DUGGAI applies globally to every draft. See Style learningfor what to put here. Keep notes short and rule-shaped ("Never X", "Always Y") — the model reads them on every draft.
Drafting rules
Controls which categories trigger drafts. By default, only To Respond threads get a draft. Toggle on FYI or Pitch if you want auto-drafts for those too.
Auto-send
The kill-switch and configuration for auto-send. See Auto-send for the full breakdown. Audit log lives here too.
Integrations
Connect, disconnect, and re-sync apps. Each integration shows last sync time, scope, and the data it's seen. See Connected apps.
Calendar
Working hours, default time zone, and meeting preferences. DUGGAI uses these whenever scheduling comes up in a thread.
Privacy
Excluded contacts list, data retention notes, and the link to delete your account. The excluded list is the right place for legal, HR, or any address you don't want DUGGAI to touch.
Notifications
How DUGGAI pings you when something needs attention — new draft ready, auto-send cooldown about to expire, integration broken. Email and in-app channels are independent toggles.
Billing
Your plan, usage against quota, and invoice history. See Plans & billing. Card management is handled by Stripe; the billing portal opens in a new tab.
Danger zone
Account deletion lives at the bottom of the Settings page. Two-step confirmation. See Delete your account.
